Valentinus is the Senior Consultant for Consumer & Professional Practice, Asia & Europe at LMA Asia - an Empresaria Business (FTSE: EMR) working collaboratively with various Governmental Institution, leading Multinational & Local organizations to understand, deliver, & achieving business goals through people strategy and helping top executives across regions in fulfilling their career ambition & aspirations through deep emphatic & consultative approaches. 

Previously, Valentinus was eCommerce & Brand professionals for leading FMCG, Manufacturing Conglomerate, and Internet organizations where Valentinus has contributed in building global brands, experiences, and products that have impacted millions of people across Asia-Pacific and Europe. 

Valentinus holds Bachelor's Degree in International Business with concentration in Marketing Management from University of Hertfordshire (UK) and INTI International University & Colleges. On top of that, Valentinus also holds Certificate in Principle Economics from Stanford University and successfully completed Externship with University of Oxford with the focus of Business Sustainability. 

Born in Medan, Valentinus has lived 5 countries across 2 continents from Taiwan (R.O.C), Malaysia, United Kingdom, Indonesia, and now Singapore. Valentinus was one of the Alumni Wall of Fame at Hertfordshire Business School and nominee of Hertfordshire Vice Chancellor's Award from University of Hertfordshire.
